Published in 1978 by FGU, S&S is a sci-fi game compatible with Galactic Conquest which universe is located in the 18th century. The author, Leonard Kanterman, wanted to make a simple system allowing to simulate the adventures of star trek where the (military) crew of an astronomer has to explore new worlds.
