This appendix covers the Habitat Levels and the Command Tower, as they are the last two places the rebels are likely to gain control over and many of the considerations of taking control over the starbase. The Habitat, because of all the dangerous plant and animal life, the command tower will be hard to enter as one has to bypass security protocols and until a considerable amount of maintenance is done on the turbo shafts, the only access is going through the Habitat.
